This compilation presents all the currently operational Russian language cybercriminal forums I have identified. The list and associated links are provided solely to assist fellow cybersecurity researchers; I cannot be held responsible for any misuse of this information.

Keep in mind that this article is part of my series on Russian language cybercriminal forums (RLCF). For a comprehensive understanding of the research methodology employed, I encourage you to read at least the first Chapter dedicated to this subject.

Finally I would like to remind my readers that the RLCF ecosystem is very evolutive, thereby the links I provide are valide on the 1st of January 2024, but I cannot guarantee that these domains will remain functional after this date.
